Get help installing, accessing or using the GentlyAI Governance Layer Chrome extension.
First-line support
Extension not showing
If the GentlyAI Governance Layer is not appearing in Chrome, open Chrome Extensions and confirm that GentlyAI Governance Layer is enabled. Then return to the page you were working on and reopen the GentlyAI side panel.
Can’t sign in
Sign in using the email address associated with your GentlyAI workspace. If you still cannot access your account, contact GentlyAI Support.
Content not captured
Open the page containing the content you want to review, then launch the GentlyAI Governance Layer side panel and try again.
Review unavailable
Confirm that you are signed in and connected to an active GentlyAI workspace. If the review is still unavailable, contact GentlyAI Support.

What to include
Include the email associated with your account, workspace or company name, the approximate time of the issue, browser and extension version where relevant, the visible error message and a screenshot if it is safe to share.
Never send passwords, session tokens, API keys, secret credentials or full payment card details.
Suspected unauthorised access, data exposure or extension security concerns should be reported to security@gentlyai.ai.
